Christian Middle School in Barstow
St. Paul’s Academy opened their doors to 7th and 8th graders for the 2010-2011 school year. It is part of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, but families do not need to attend the church to attend the school. Religion will be taught once a week, but it will be a non-denominational Christian curriculum.
This is a private 7th and 8th grade school, with a focus on the California State Standards. Classes will be limited to a maximum of 20 students.
We will also offer G.E.D. preparation and tutoring for those who need it.
Tuition
The tuition is $3,000 a year. This can be paid in 10-month increments, but the first month would be $450 and last month would just be $150. If you have a second child in your family registering also, there would be a discount of $600 for the second student.
We do not have the facilities to provide lunches, so students will need to bring their lunch daily. We do not have buses available at this time, so students’ transportation will need to be provided by their families.
There are no uniforms at this time, but a dress policy is in place: No showing of any undergarments by either boys or girls. Since we have physical education in the afternoon, students can change into clothes they bring from home for that. We do not have a physical education uniform.
